Rural health clinics are struggling to stay fully staffed. Some clinics are partnering with the Center for Rural Health to start recruiting the youngest generation.

North Dakota is experiencing its lowest unemployment rate since the 1990s, according to the latest job report. Even with Health Services and Education being the biggest beneficiaries of job growth, rural clinics can’t find workers.
