Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is seeking an instructor to teach courses in its nursing program (distance sites in Minot and Valley City) to undergraduate students in practical nursing and associate degree nursing programs. The person selected for this position will be responsible for the planning, implementation, teaching, and evaluation of student learning experiences in the classroom and clinical areas with nursing students enrolled in the Dakota Nursing Program
Responsible for curriculum including online, selection of course materials, monitoring program progress, supervising part-time nursing instructors, nursing skills assessment, course instruction, course assessment, and clinical supervision. This position requires organizational skills, technical and professional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This is a 9-month benefited position with an opportunity for additional work during the summer.
Education, Experience, & Requirements
Master of Science in Nursing, Nursing Education, or related area, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program with an education plan approved by the CNE which will allow completion of the master's degree program within three years
