Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is a premier residential treatment and educational center for youth and their families, a place where we look the most troubled, complex, and amazing kids in the eye, walk with them, and help them become their best selves in this world and in Christ. As a Registered Nurse at the Ranch, you can walk with these amazing children, ages 10-18, on their journey to hope and healing.

Join our exceptional clinical team at the Ranch: psychiatrist, psychologists, registered nurses, psychological testing, therapists, occupational therapists, advanced nursing practitioners- experience working with and benefit from excellent supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be 21 years of age, able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and pass a thorough background reference.

Experience in mental health/psychiatric nursing, community health services, or children's residential treatment programming is preferred but not required. Demonstrated success in working independently, effective communication skills, ability to utilize team process, physical assessment, and therapeutic intervention skills are required.

Education Requirements: hold a current, valid, and unencumbered North Dakota Registered Nurse license. This is a full time position which includes two evening shifts, 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. and rotating on-call.

$5000 Sign-on bonus
